Meet The Team
With over 30 years of experience in airline catering and commercial strategy, our founder brings unmatched industry expertise and a proven track record of leadership across Asia and Europe. An MBA graduate from Cambridge Management Institute (UK), he previously held key roles including Director of Business Commercial & Sales at LSG Sky Chefs (Lufthansa Germany), SATS Singapore, and Brahim’s KLIA, as well as Managing Director of Sky Cat Services (M) Sdn Bhd.

His contributions as a certified trainer and coach span institutions such as INSKEN (under MEDAC), PRESMA, MSU Hospitality, and CIAST, where he’s nurtured talent in food service and business development. A trusted consultant for PERNAS since 2019, he has successfully executed franchisor enhancement projects for brands like Dtandoor, JM Bariani, Tajria Food, Resipi Arena, Norrarich, and Nasi Ayam Papa.

His work includes advising on central kitchen operations for MIOS Gastronomy and ASB (Bank Negara), and providing food safety consultancy to Yeob Catering and Dtandoor. Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, USA) and HRDF’s Train-the-Trainer program, he continues to drive operational excellence and mentor entrepreneurs across the F&B sector.
Asfara Adnan is a seasoned talent and learning specialist with a background in strategic planning, digital learning, and competency development. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from York University and multiple professional certifications—including CIPD UK, Six Sigma Green Belt, and HRD Corp—she designs performance-driven learning solutions that empower organizations and enhance workforce capability.

With over 40 years of culinary excellence and a distinguished career spanning continents, Chef Abd Hafidz Ainuddin brings unrivaled depth to the world of food and hospitality. His journey includes more than two decades in luxury hotel F&B operations, where his mastery of Western cuisine and commitment to quality elevated the reputations of renowned establishments across the globe.

His international experience extends to culinary leadership roles in Malaysia, Singapore, Italy, the USA, Switzerland, Pakistan, and China—including managing prestigious kitchens at SATS, airport lounges, and elite hotel chains. Known for his versatility, Chef Hafidz combines deep expertise in global culinary techniques with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Chef Hafidz led as Head of Food & Beverages at the Petronas Integrated Complex in Pengerang, under TMRLC (a subsidiary of Damansara Berhad and JCORP). His role reflects not just operational excellence but a dedication to shaping the future of industrial F&B with precision and innovation.
